How to Apply for Certification Testing

  1. Contact Snell to arrange a test date.
  2. Complete Pre-testing Information Sheet (see below).
  3. Request 'Payment Advisory Form' to arrange payment.
  4. Send the helmets with Pre-Test Information Sheet to Snell lab for testing.
